Is there a difference between online training and classroom-based instruction?
The key distinction between online certification training and in-person classroom training is time and flexibility. Save a Life recognizes the demanding schedules and responsibilities that medical professionals handle on a daily basis. Our online courses offer the same level of high-quality education as traditional classroom courses, but with the added convenience of being able to learn on your own schedule, and from the comfort of your own home. Our curriculum is designed to adhere to the ILCOR’s latest standards and guidelines, and covers the same material as in-person courses. Our online courses eliminate the need for commuting, allowing you to plan your study time around other obligations, and can easily accommodate last-minute certification needs.
Will I earn the certification through this online course?
Upon successful completion of your exam(s), you will receive an instant digital certificate. For ACLS, PALS, and BLS you will be provided with a link and instructions to CME University’s website where you can download your CME Certificate. If you choose to receive a printed card, you will be mailed a hard copy certification card that you should receive in the mail within 5-7 business days. All certification cards are endorsed by Save a Life Certifications by Advanced Medical Certification. All of our courses are designed by Board Certified Physicians and adhere to the latest ILCOR Standards and Guidelines and are Joint Commission (JCAHO) compliant. We successfully certify hundreds of health care professionals like yourself every day.
